Casey Brooks is an international fashion photographer living in New York City. Her creative collaborations with emerging designers, such as Raun LaRose and JBL, have been featured by DazedDigital.com and The New York Times. Casey’s distinct narrative style has led her to contribute to top editorial publications like Schön Magazine, Glamour Paris, Models.com, and various covers for FIASCO Magazine.
In the past year, Casey has developed an exciting new following due to her fashion videos which combine unique storytelling with her contemporary dance background. ‘Committed,’ a fashion video for Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week FW12, was ranked Top 10 by the Fashion Film Network. Another video, ‘I’m Not Yours,’ also received extraordinary buzz, this time for UN:LIMITED Magazine, which was labeled as “What’s Hot” by iTunes.
“Women in the Morning,” an ongoing project and recurring banner created by Casey exclusively for Models.com, captures top women of the industry in the intimacy of their own homes. Praised as “an evocative insight into the off-duty lives of top models” such as Aline Weber, who can otherwise be found on the cover of Vogue or on the runway for designers like Alexander Wang, Prada, and Givenchy, to name a few.
